Orders & changes
Every cake is individually made. We agree on the essential details with you before work begins.
From an idea to a confirmed order
The photographs show examples of our work. Include your idea, date, number of servings and preferred flavour in your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an order.
Your quote and agreed details
We personally agree on the design, size, flavour, completion date and price. Review the quote in your account and check that it reflects what was agreed. Accepting a quote does not mean a payment has been completed.
Collection and orders from abroad
The method, location and time of collection are confirmed with the atelier. Tell us the city where the cake is needed. For a delivery request, you can add the address now or agree it later; availability, the address and any charge must be confirmed before delivery. If someone else will receive the cake, provide their name and phone number.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions before confirmation. Ingredients and our ability to meet your requirements must be checked and agreed for your particular order.
Changes and cancellation
To change the design, quantity or date, or to cancel, send a message in your account or contact us. A change takes effect once the atelier confirms it. Any effect on the price, schedule and payments is discussed for the particular order; agree on these arrangements before accepting the quote.
