Your data
This page explains which information is used when you send an enquiry and use your account.
What you provide
Your full name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and, optionally, a city in your profile. An enquiry may include a date, servings, flavour, inscription, ingredients to avoid, collection location and method, recipient contact details, messages and a reference photograph. An address is requested only for a delivery enquiry. Do not send medical documents or other information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Your account and verified email
A single-use email code lets you sign in or create an account. Earlier guest enquiries using the same address are linked after you verify the email. You can update your profile contacts; this does not change the details of orders already submitted. To change those details, send a message in the relevant order conversation.
Why it is used
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and agree on a quote, arrange an order or course, communicate with you and provide account access. Necessary technical session data and request limits also help protect access.
Access and services
The owner manages enquiries in the administration area. Information is stored in the website database, and uploaded photographs are accessed through protected routes. Resend is prepared for sending emails. Necessary information is also processed by the technical services that operate the website.
Temporary photographs
Photos upload separately. If the enquiry is not submitted, temporary uploads are removed after 24 hours during the next automatic cleanup. This cleanup does not remove photographs belonging to submitted enquiries.
Browser preferences
Your chosen language, saved inspirations and animation preference are stored in your browser. The enquiry draft, including entered contacts and photos, is saved locally for this session for up to 24 hours; use “Start again” to remove it. Expired drafts are cleared on your next visit. Session and security cookies support sign-in and protect forms. This version has no added advertising or analytics trackers.
Questions, correction or deletion
For questions about how long your data is stored, or to request access, correction or deletion, email zafirovairena@yahoo.com. Include your enquiry number if you know it. Verification that the request concerns your own data may be needed.
